Our house sitting service includes indoor and outdoor property checks, turning lights on and off, checking to ensure appliances and utilities are working properly, bringing in mail, picking up newspapers, flyers and driveway clutter, opening and closing blinds and drapes, flushing toilets, watering plants inside and out, and adjusting the air conditioning/heating temperature upon your return.
